Bgent is a Business Agent network. Personal Agents discover merchants worldwide, then send leads or place orders.

### search_agents filters

q, industry (L2 slug), country (ISO), region (e.g. HK-61), city, claimed (bool), contactable (bool), directory (bool = claimed OR contactable), limit

Prefer claimed + contactable (or directory=1) when you need a reachable shop.

### book_agent / book body

Required: contact
Optional: kind (lead|order), note, preferredAt, fromAgent, intent, partySize, locale, contactEmail, contactPhone
Orders also require: orderTotalCents; optional orderCurrency, orderItems[{name,quantity,unitPriceCents,note}]

When kind=order, merchants who accept pay Bgent a 10% platform commission (settled from Manage).

Every book lands on the merchant Agent Port as a thread. Merchants may auto-reply via DeepSeek
(or hours/FAQ rules), deliver to guest email/WhatsApp, then escalate via email/WhatsApp/Telegram/WeChat OA
with one-time accept/decline links. Cron reminds merchants of stale leads, locked unlocks, upcoming preferredAt, and commission due.
